convenient location excellent breakfast comfortable bed foul odor loud banging little light
The location was convenient near the train station and the Prado Museum. The breakfast was good I especially enjoyed the variety. The staff in the breakfast area provided excellent service. The beds were very comfortable I slept soundly on the pillows.
The air conditioning occasionally emitted a foul odor like rotting fish. Hotel works started early at 8 AM on two mornings of my stay. The loud banging woke me up it was quite disturbing. Windows faced a tall building only a few meters away there was little natural light.

Excellent Location and Professional Service
convenient location informative staff quiet room
The location was very convenient for my needs. It was close to the train station. I appreciated the informative front desk staff, especially with directions. The room was also generally quiet, a definite plus for relaxation. I had a good service .
The mattress felt very hard. I found it quite uncomfortable for sleeping. This issue affected my overall rest quality. I hope they consider replacing the mattress soon.

The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced, a definite plus for budget-conscious travellers. I found a great food selection available, with enough variety to satisfy different tastes. I really liked the pastries. They were AMAZING!!!

thin walls single treadmill
The gym was rather underwhelming. A single treadmill does not a fitness center make! the walls seemed paper-thin, as i could hear every conversation and cough from the neighboring rooms. it appears soundproofing isn't a priority. the breakfast choices looked plentiful though quality was questionable.
